You probably experience stress and feel pushed by it, you get more things done, it’s this incremental adrenaline injection in your bloodstream that helps you keep going and even excel.

But what happens if pressure and stress overwhelms us? You know when things start to get out of control and we burn out?

It’s the consistent ruminating about things, stirring up more emotion that confirms our mind chatter.

You’ve probably been there - you wake up at night and can’t get back to sleep because you’re thinking about all the things you have to do or haven’t done or should do.

If you have ZERO AWARENESS about that you’ll always be at the mercy of things that happen on the outside and your quality of life will be in direct proportion to external factors.

The brain is incredibly dynamic, so the more you REPEAT certain thought patterns the more importance you assign to that thought or problem subconsciously. Make sense?

I was completely enslaved by my own mind a few years ago. All these bad things happened in my life I had no control over - I thought. Things quickly spiraled down as I had zero awareness about the fact that I actually have a CHOICE..

..I can choose how I let the outside world dictate how I feel on the inside.

I’m not sure if you can relate, but for me - this was the biggest epiphany and wake up call in my life and something I made my mission to pass on to whoever wants to turn off their own AUTOPILOT of habitual thinking.

But man, there are things we can do to shift our CORE LEVEL AWARENESS on the inside. We can condition ourselves to gradually step into being more in control, more on top of things, more master of our mind, opposed to being enslaved by our mind (in direct response to triggers on the outside).

The solution is simple but not exactly easy: Putting things into POWERFUL PERSPECTIVE, zooming out and staying anchored in your sweet spot..

Tough challenges come to all of us in life:

Ask yourself these 2 questions:

1) How does my current challenge compare to things I’ve experienced in the past?
2) How does my current challenge compare to the BIGGER PICTURE of my business and life?
